ಮೊದಲೇ ಹಣ ನೀಡಿ ಖರೀದಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಮುದ್ರಿಸಿ ಜನಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು, ಎರಡು, ಮೂರು,ನಾಲ್ಕು,ಐದು ರೂಪಾಯಿಯ ಮುಖಬೆಲೆಯ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದು ನೂರರ ಕಟ್ಟಿನಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಮಾರಬಹುದು. ಈ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ಗಳು ಎಡ ಮತ್ತು ಬಲದ ಎರಡು ಭಾಗ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಕಿಂಡಿಗಳಿಂದ   ಬೇರ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರಬೇಕು . ಈ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಕೂಲಕರವಾಗಿ ಮಾರಲು ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರ ಕಡೆ ಸದಾ ಲಬ್ಯವಿರಬೇಕು.


ಜನರು ಬಸ್ ಏರಿದಾಗ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ನ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ ಎಡ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು  ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಇಳಿಯುವಾಗಲೂ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ ಬಲ ಭಾಗವನ್ನು  ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲೇ ಒಂದು ನೂರು ರೂಪಾಯಿ ದಂಡ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ವಾಹನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿ ಸಿ ಟಿ .ವಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿರಬೇಕು.   ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನ ಎರಡೂ ಭಾಗ ತನ್ನ  ಕೈ ಸೇರಿದಾಗ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅವೆರಡೂ ತುಂಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಹರಿದು ಹಾಕಬೇಕು.



 ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರು, ಜನರು ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾದ ಮೋಸಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿ.ಸಿ.ಟಿ.ವಿ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಬಹುದು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರಿಂದಾಗುವ  ಮೋಸ ತಡೆಯುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ವರ್ಗದ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಯನ್ನೇ ಹೋಗಲಾಡಿಸಿ, ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವೆಚ್ಚಗಳನ್ನು ಉಳಿತಾಯಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಸಿ ಸಿ ಟಿ ವಿ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಸ್ತ್ರೀ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ತಡೆಯಬಹುದು.



ಇನ್ನು ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಗಳನ್ನೇ ನಕಲು ಮಾಡಿ ಮುದ್ರಿಸಿ ಹಣ ಮಾಡುವ ಜಾಲ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದೆಂಬ ಭಯವೊಂದಿದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಇಂದಿನ ಹೊಲೋಗ್ರಾಂ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಆ ಭಯವೂ ಸಹಜವಾಗಿ ದೂರವಾಗುವದು.



ಇವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಓದಿದ ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ತೋರಿಬರುವ ವಿಚಾರಗಳು. ಆದರೆ ಈ ವಿಚಾರಗಳು ವಿಷಯ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕರಾಗಿರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ವರ್ಗದವರಿಗೆ ಹಿಡಿಸಬೇಕಲ್ಲಾ?  ಈ ರೀತಿ ವಿಚಾರಧಾರೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಯಾದಾಗ ನಿಜಕ್ಕೂ ಜನ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯನ ಹಿತ ಕಾಪಾಡುವಂತಾದೀತು.

Reduce passenger inconveniences in BMTC

The BMTC can implement a plan to eliminate the difficulties of providing coins in the form of change to passengers and also reduce the pilferage in the collection on various trips of BMTC buses. There can be huge savings in the form of elimination of inspectors cadre of employees. They should provide CCTVs in the buses that would reduce the crimes / inconveniences to the women passengers and also bring a transperancy in the supervision on the bus conductors and drivers.


They should provide with the conductors a  prepaid bunch of tickets. It can be in the denominations of rupee one, two, three , four and five. A bunch of ten tickets can be sold at various places , as well should be made available with the conductors for sale. The passenger should buy these bunch of tickets according to  his / her requirements.


When a passenger boards a bus should give one part of the ticket to the conductor and the conductor should collect the other part of the ticket when that passenger gets down from the bus. The conductor has to destroy both the parts of the ticket and hence would not  be reused. If the passenger fails to produce the other part of the ticket or found to be misguiding the conductor to save the fare, the conductor should penalise that passenger with rupees one hundred.


The CCTV would protect the institution from the frauds against an arrangement between a passenger and conductor. Moreover the inspector is not required to superwise over the service of the conductor as the CCTV provides even time recordings of the activities in the particular bus. The modern technology of hologram can be used to overcome any chances of fraud in printing  the tickets and to avoid duplication of tickets.


The simple steps of policy makers can bring a drastic change in the convenience to the passengers. This can result in huge savings to BMTC and would be a helpful step in reducing pilferages.
